2. Automatic data collection
If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. 4. Use of our contact form/contacting us

5. Use of our web shop
If you would like to order in our webshop, in order to conclude the contract it is necessary that you provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information required to process the contracts is marked separately; further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. To do this, we can pass on your payment details to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 I S. 1 b GDPR.
You can voluntarily create a customer account through which we can save your data for future purchases. When you create an account under “Customer Account”, the data you provide will be stored revocably. You can always delete all other data, including your user account, in the customer area.
We can also process the data you provide to inform you about other interesting products from our portfolio or to send you emails with technical information.
Due to commercial and tax law requirements, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years.
6. Sharing of Data
We will pass on your personal data to third parties exclusively to the service partners involved in the contract processing, such as the logistics company responsible for delivery and the credit institution responsible for payment matters. However, in cases where your personal data is passed on to third parties, the scope of the data transmitted is limited to the necessary minimum.

7. Rights of those affected
You have the right:
- in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can obtain information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a Right to complain, the origin of your data, if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if necessary, meaningful information about its details;
- in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by us;
- in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is carried out to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims is required;
- in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data but you use it to assert or exercise your rights or need to defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

8. Right to object
