Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is one month starting from the day on which you or a third party, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

You can inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard, least expensive one offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded soon;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract, but which can only be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract is concluded, and whose current value depends on fluctuations on the market outside our control;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
